These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User” or “Customer”)
and Ekasia Technology (“Ekasia,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using our CRM Service, you agree to comply
with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Definitions
Account: Your registration profile with credentials to access the Service.
User: An individual authorized to use the Service under a Customer account.
Customer: Entity or individual subscribing to the Service.
Customer Data: Any data or content submitted by the Customer or Users to the Service.
3. Accounts and Registration
Users must be at least 18 years old or meet legal age in their jurisdiction.
Provide accurate and complete registration information and maintain current details.
Safeguard login credentials; you are responsible for all activity under your Account.
Administrator accounts may be subject to additional policies.
4. Use of the Service
Access is granted for lawful business purposes only.
Do not reverse engineer, bypass security, transmit harmful content, or access other users’ data.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Service.
5. Intellectual Property & Content
Ekasia and its licensors retain all rights to the Service and intellectual property.
By submitting content, you grant Ekasia a worldwide, royalty-free license to operate the Service.
Feedback provided may be used by Ekasia perpetually without obligation.
6. Subscription, Billing, and Payment Terms
Access may require a paid subscription per invoice/order.
Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless stated.
You are responsible for applicable taxes.
Non-payment may result in suspension of the Service.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party services. Ekasia is not responsible for their availability,
performance, or content.
8. Privacy
Use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Statement, which explains
how personal data is collected, used, and processed.
9. Warranties and Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Ekasia disclaims all warranties except as required by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ekasia and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental,
or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ekasia, its affiliates, and officers against claims or losses
arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
You may terminate your use at any time by discontinuing the Service.
Ekasia may suspend or terminate access for breach of Terms.
Surviving clauses include IP rights, warranties, liability, and governing law.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
